दरियागंज वार्ड में नागरिक सुविधाओं के उन्नयन एवं सड़कों की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से, क्षेत्र में सौंदर्यीकरण कार्य तेज गति से जारी है। इसी क्रम में, निगम पार्षद मनोनीत श्री मनोज कुमार जैन के फंड से स्ट्रीट लाइट पिलरों पर त्रिरंगा LED स्ट्रिप लगाने का कार्य प्रारंभ किया गया है।

इन LED स्ट्रिप्स के माध्यम से सड़कों पर प्रकाश व्यवस्था मजबूत होगी, जिससे रात्रि के समय रास्ते अधिक सुरक्षित और दृश्य रूप से आकर्षक बन सकेंगे। साथ ही, भारतीय त्रिरंगे की रंग-व्यवस्था स्थानीय नागरिकों में देशभक्ति की भावना को भी प्रबल करेगी।

श्री मनोज कुमार जैन ने बताया कि —
“हमारा संकल्प है कि दरियागंज को बेहतर, सुरक्षित और सुंदर बनाया जाए। क्षेत्र के सौंदर्यीकरण व नागरिक सुविधाओं में निरंतर सुधार के लिए ऐसे कार्य आगे भी जारी रहेंगे।”

Tri-Color LED Strips on Street Light Poles to Enhance Brightness and Safety

To upgrade civic amenities and improve road safety in the Daryaganj Ward, beautification work is progressing at a fast pace. As part of this initiative, tri-color LED strips are being installed on street light poles using the funds allocated by Nominated MCD Councillor Shri Manoj Kumar Jain.

These LED strips will significantly improve street illumination, making the area safer and visually appealing during nighttime. The colors of the Indian tricolor will also help foster a sense of patriotism among the residents.

Shri Manoj Kumar Jain said:
“Our commitment is to make Daryaganj better, safer, and more beautiful. Efforts to enhance civic facilities and beautify the area will continue in the coming days.”

Local residents have welcomed this initiative and expressed satisfaction with the ongoing development efforts in the ward.

संस्कारों में बसा समाजसेवा का बीज

23 फरवरी, 1969 को दिल्ली के दरियागंज में जन्मे मनोज कुमार जैन के बचपन में ही राष्ट्रसेवा और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी का बीज बोया गया। उनके पिता, श्री महेश कुमार जैन, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सक्रिय सदस्य थे।

संघ की शाखाओं में बिताए गए दिन, कलश यात्राओं में हिस्सा लेना और बचपन से ही समाज के मुद्दों को समझने की शुरुआत ने उनकी सोच और व्यक्तित्व को गहराई से प्रभावित किया।

उनकी शिक्षा इंटरमीडिएट तक पूरी हुई, लेकिन शिक्षा से भी अधिक प्रभाव उनके पारिवारिक संस्कारों और संघ के प्रशिक्षण का था। उनकी शुरुआती जागरूकता ने उन्हें न केवल राजनीति के प्रति जागरूक किया, बल्कि समाज सेवा को अपने जीवन का आधार बनाया।

परिवार की मजबूत नींव

मनोज कुमार जैन का मानना है कि एक सशक्त राष्ट्र का निर्माण केवल सरकार या किसी एक व्यक्ति के प्रयास से नहीं हो सकता, बल्कि इसके लिए सबसे अहम है एक मजबूत और संस्कारी परिवार का होना। उनका जीवन इस विचार का सजीव उदाहरण है, जो साबित करता है कि परिवार की मजबूत नींव से ही राष्ट्र का निर्माण संभव है। 

1992 में जब उनका विवाह दीपाली से हुआ, जो स्वयं एक प्रतिष्ठित अधिवक्ता और समाजसेवी परिवार से ताल्लुक रखती हैं, तो यह संबंध न केवल दो व्यक्तियों का मिलन था, बल्कि एक मजबूत और संस्कारी परिवार की नींव रखने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम था। उनके ससुर एडवोकेट श्री रामनारायण गुप्ता, जो एक महानगर पार्षद रह चुके थे, और परिवार के अन्य सदस्य समाज और संस्कृति के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता के लिए जाने जाते हैं। इस परिवार का योगदान समाजसेवा और सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों में हमेशा प्रेरणादायक रहा है। 

मनोज कुमार जैन की तीन बेटियाँ भी इस परंपरा को आगे बढ़ाते हुए समाजसेवा में सक्रिय हैं, और यह दिखाती हैं कि जब परिवार का हर सदस्य समाज के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाता है, तो राष्ट्र को एक मजबूत दिशा मिलती है।

व्यवसाय से समाज सेवा तक की यात्रा

मनोज कुमार जैन ने व्यवसाय में काफी सफलता हासिल की, लेकिन उनके लिए यह केवल आर्थिक समृद्धि का जरिया नहीं था। व्यवसाय से अर्जित साधनों को उन्होंने सामाजिक बदलाव और सेवा में लगाया। उन्होंने दिखाया कि एक सफल उद्यमी भी सामाजिक बदलाव का सशक्त माध्यम बन सकता है।

राजनीति का सफरः युवा नेता से जननायक तक

उनकी राजनीतिक यात्रा 2003 में शुरू हुई, जब उन्होंने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में मिंटो रोड से भाजपा के सबसे युवा उम्मीदवार के रूप में हिस्सा लिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने राजनीति को केवल सत्ता का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र और समाज सेवा के बड़े मंच के रूप में अपनाया।

भाजपा में उन्होंने संगठनात्मक अभियानों से लेकर जनजागरण तक, हर स्तर पर सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के “राष्ट्र निर्माण“ के विजन से प्रेरित होकर, उन्होंने समाज के हर तबके के लिए कार्य किए I 

मनोज कुमार जैन ने अपने व्यवसाय को केवल मुनाफे तक सीमित नहीं रखा, बल्कि इसे समाज सेवा और सामाजिक परिवर्तन का एक माध्यम बना दिया। वॉलपेपर निर्माण और आयात जैसे व्यावसायिक क्षेत्र में सफलता हासिल करने के बाद भी उन्होंने हमेशा इस बात को प्राथमिकता दी कि उनकी आर्थिक शक्ति समाज के हित में उपयोग हो। उनका मानना था कि एक उद्यमी की सच्ची सफलता तभी है, जब वह अपने संसाधनों का इस्तेमाल जरूरतमंदों की मदद और समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए करे।

कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान, जब देश और दिल्ली संकट के दौर से गुजर रहे थे, मनोज कुमार जैन ने अपने व्यावसायिक संसाधनों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए 1200 परिवारों को राशन और 6500 से अधिक लोगों को ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर प्रदान किए। यह उनकी सोच और सेवा भावना का प्रमाण था कि जब लोगों को सबसे अधिक जरूरत थी, तब वे उनके साथ खड़े थे।

उनकी यह सोच केवल स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक सीमित नहीं रही। स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत उन्होंने सार्वजनिक शौचालयों की स्थिति में सुधार लाने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाया और आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए। 

उन्होंने पर्यावरण संरक्षण के क्षेत्र में भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया, जिसमें यमुना सफाई अभियान से लेकर दिल्ली और राजस्थान के कई हिस्सों में वृक्षारोपण अभियान शामिल थे। राजस्थान के कुम्भलगढ़ में, जहां कई लोग बाढ़ और अन्य समस्याओं से जूझ रहे थे, उन्होंने जरूरतमंदों को खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई।

2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की ऐतिहासिक जीत के उपलक्ष्य में मनोज कुमार जैन ने अशोक रोड पर 30,000 से अधिक लोगों के लिए “नमो टी स्टॉल का आयोजन किया, जो केवल एक विजय का जश्न ही नहीं, बल्कि जनता को एकजुट करने का प्रयास था।

उन्होंने महिलाओं की स्वच्छता के लिए अभियान चलाकर सार्वजनिक शौचालयों की स्थिति सुधारने पर जोर दिया। माननीय श्री ज्योतिरादिय सिंधिया जी लेटर लिख कर 2024 में मिलकर उन्होंने टेलीमार्केटिंग और स्पैम कॉल्स की समस्या पर आवाज़ उठाते हुए नए दिशानिर्देश लागू करवाए। ये पहलें दर्शाती हैं कि उनके लिए हर अवसर समाज सुधार और जनता की भलाई को समर्पित करने का माध्यम है।

भगवान महावीर के सिद्धांतों से प्रेरित होकर उन्होंने भगवान महावीर दर्शन फाउंडेशन की स्थापना की, जो सामाजिक उत्थान और आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समर्पित है।

उनका व्यवसाय और समाज सेवा हमेशा आपस में जुड़े रहे, जिससे वे संकट के हर दौर में दिल्ली और भारत के लोगों के साथ मजबूती से खड़े रहे। उनके लिए व्यवसाय केवल आय का जरिया नहीं, बल्कि समाज की सेवा और उत्थान का एक प्रभावी उपकरण था।

“सार्वजनिक सेवा एक पेशा नहीं, बल्कि जीवन जीने का तरीका है” यह गहरी सोच मनोज कुमार जैन के जीवन का आधार है। समाज के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी को समझते हुए, वे मानते हैं कि सच्ची सफलता केवल अपने लिए नहीं, बल्कि समाज के कल्याण में निहित होती है।

उनका उद्देश्य समाजसेवा को प्रेरणा बनाकर एक सशक्त, समृद्ध और समानता से परिपूर्ण भारत का निर्माण करना है। उनका मानना है कि एक सबल राष्ट्र की नींव मजबूत और संस्कारयुक्त परिवारों से ही रखी जाती है।

सस्कृत का एक श्लोक है: परहितं यः साधयति स धर्मः

(अर्थात जो दूसरों के कल्याण के लिए कार्य करता है, वही सच्चा धर्म है।)
